Excalis Return & Refund Policy
At Excalis, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, most custom and personalized orders are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.

Custom and personalized items are final sale once design work, material preparation, or production has started. This includes custom statues, plaques, signs, awards, 3D-printed pieces, nameplates, personalized text, logos, colors, and commissioned designs.
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order or approving a design. If a product is made exactly as entered, submitted, or approved by the customer, it does not qualify for a free remake, return, or refund.
If a correction is needed due to customer-submitted information, Excalis may offer a discounted replacement at our discretion.

If an error is made by Excalis, we will make it right.
This includes mistakes such as incorrect text, wrong personalization, incorrect colors, missing approved details, or a major production issue that does not match the order details or approved design.
For qualifying Excalis errors, we will provide a remake, replacement part, repair, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
After reviewing the issue, Excalis may provide a remake, replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

For eligible non-custom, ready-made items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an Excalis error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Excalis.

Design fees, consultation fees, rush fees, and deposits are non-refundable once design work, planning, modeling, rendering, or production has begun.

Many Excalis products are created using 3D printing, CAD design, digital fabrication, and hand-finishing methods. Slight layer lines, minor texture differences, small color variations, and normal handmade differences may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders may be canceled only if design work, material preparation, or production has not started. Once work has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
